02 / Where it works

Who we install for

Every site charges differently. Tell us who plugs in and for how long, and we'll design around it — honestly, without overselling hardware you don't need.

Workplace staff charging

Charge points in the staff car park, with app or RFID access so only your team plugs in. Cars parked all day rarely need rapid speeds — just enough, managed well.

Fleet depots

Overnight charging for vans and pool cars, with scheduling so vehicles top up on cheaper tariffs and leave ready every morning.

Landlords & apartments

Chargers for allocated bays or shared parking, with per-user access control — increasingly what good tenants expect to find.

Holiday lets & hospitality

A charge point is fast becoming a booking filter. Give EV-driving guests a reason to choose you — and to come back.

Load management

Smart balancing shares your available supply across chargers, so multiple vehicles charge at once without tripping the building.

Maintenance & support

We support what we install — fault finding, firmware and periodic testing — and back our workmanship with a 12-month labour warranty.

03 / Power & planning

Power & load management

The expensive mistake in commercial charging is planning for the car park you have, not the one you'll need. We design so growing later is simple — not a do-over.

  • Single or three phase

Three-phase installs where your supply allows, honest advice on what single phase can do where it doesn't.

  • Load management

Dynamic balancing so chargers share the supply intelligently — protecting the rest of your building's power.

  • Access & billing

App and RFID access with per-user energy records; payment platforms where they genuinely earn their keep.

  • Bays, signage & expansion

Sensible bay marking and signage basics, with containment and capacity left ready for the next phase.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on how many vehicles need to charge and how long they're parked. Staff and fleet vehicles that sit for hours rarely need one charger per car — a handful of well-managed charge points often covers a whole team. We'll look at your parking, vehicles and supply, and recommend a starting point that's easy to add to later.

Not necessarily. Single-phase chargers suit sites where vehicles park for long periods, and plenty of premises run happily on them. Where a three-phase supply is available it opens up faster charging and more units — we'll assess what your building has and design around it.

In many cases, yes. Smart chargers can restrict access with an app or RFID card and record each user's energy use, and some platforms can take payment on top. The right setup depends on your situation, so we'll talk it through honestly and set up what genuinely fits — we don't sell back-office packages you don't need.

Yes — and it's often the smartest approach. If we know you plan to expand, we size the supply, cabling and containment for the finished car park from day one, so adding chargers later is straightforward rather than starting again.

We typically install Zappi, Easee and Andersen charge points, and can supply and fit other brands where they suit the site. Easee's compact units with dynamic load balancing work well across multi-charger installations, while Zappi and Andersen suit smaller sites and more design-led settings. We'll recommend the right fit for your site rather than a one-size-fits-all.

Yes. Every installation is carried out by qualified, NAPIT-registered electricians, fully tested, certified and notified to your network operator where required — and backed by a 12-month labour warranty.
